IPL before & after 4 treatments
These are before and after images from one of our lovely IPL patients who had never worn SPF in his life! Intense Pulsed Light therapy is one of our most popular and effective treatments at the Institute. We use the most advanced IPL model on the market, the Lumenis M22, to deliver dramatically younger-looking skin by treating irregular pigmentation, age spots, redness, broken blood vessels and large pores, along with other dermatological issues.

Patient age: 67
Concern: Patient was concerned about broken veins around his nose becoming more prominent and sun damage to his cheeks.
Treatment : 4 x IPL sessions, spaced a month apart.

Results: Veins around nose have disappeared and redness in the area is greatly reduced; sun damage on cheeks is imperceptible with a more even tone and complexion overall.
Plan : Advised maintenance treatment every 6-12 months. Continued use of zinc based SPF every day.
