What the New Service Offers

Through consultation, Professor O'Reilly offers labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, VAGILANGELO®, labial enhancement and fillers, and O and G zone injectables. Four of these are explained in more detail below.

Labiaplasty

Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure to reduce or reshape excess tissue of the labia, most commonly the labia minora. Some women consider it because the size or shape of the labia causes physical discomfort, irritation or functional concerns, such as discomfort during exercise or from clothing and friction. Others have concerns about appearance or symmetry.

Clitoral Hood Reduction

Clitoral hood reduction is a precise procedure that reduces excess skin and tissue around the clitoris. For some women, that excess tissue causes irritation or discomfort. For others, the concern is the appearance or proportion of the vulva.

VAGILANGELO®

VAGILANGELO® is a minimally invasive procedure designed for changes in vaginal anatomy and function that may occur following childbirth or with ageing. It combines carefully placed internal sutures, which aim to restore the natural angle of the vagina, with regenerative treatment, including PRP, to support tissue health.

O and G Zone Injectables

The O-shot uses platelet-rich plasma, or PRP, taken from a patient's own blood and injected around the clitoris and the vaginal G-spot area. It is intended to support sexual sensation and orgasmic response in suitable patients.

Topical anaesthetic, ice, or local anaesthetic may be used for comfort. Evidence is still developing, and it is not usually expected to help women who have never experienced orgasm

The G-shot refers to placement of filler in the G-spot area. It is designed to temporarily augment this area and may be discussed for women seeking support with sexual sensation.

Results are temporary and may need repeat treatment after several months. As with all intimate procedures, a consultation is important to discuss goals, possible benefits, risks, limitations, and whether treatment is clinically appropriate

An Individual Approach

Every patient is different. Professor O'Reilly takes an individualised approach, carefully assessing each patient and discussing their concerns, expectations and treatment options before recommending surgery. The potential benefits and expected outcomes of any procedure are discussed in detail during an individual consultation.
