Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland) 

We offer the following shipping options for delivery within Ireland:

• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days

• Express delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free Shipping 

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over €120. The current threshold is displayed at checkout and is subject to change.

EU & International Shipping 

We do not ship outside of the Republic of Ireland. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays 

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any known delays.

Lost or Damaged 

Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@instituteofdermatologists.ie so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
