Have you ever had to deal with any skincare issues?
I struggled with acne in my teenage years. I went through numerous different treatments until I was treated by a dermatologist with Roaccutane, which was the only treatment that cleared my skin. This treatment transformed my skin – it was life changing for me.
What is your skincare regime?
I double cleanse every morning with @biologique_recherche_ireland Lait EV, and follow this with the Biologique Recherche P50V lotion. I wear a Vitamin C serum and @eltamdskincare UV Clear Sunscreen or @aveneusa Mineral Tinted Sunscreen. In the evening, I wear a retinol followed by my BR Crème Masque Vernix.
The skincare product that has made the most difference to your skin?
Definitely my sunscreen!
The product you would never swap?
Biologique Recherche Lotion P50.
Your favourite ID Cosmetic Treatment?
Platelet Rich Plasma therapy.
The best skin-related advice you’ve ever received?
Prevention is better than cure…invest in Retinol and a daily sunscreen.
