Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours. For best results, apply generously and evenly to all exposed skin.

Got this post halo laser. Its shiny, slow to absorb. Im still getting freckles despite applying it liberally to prevent them. In essence it's useless and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!!
Great sunscreen to use while playing sport. It also doesn’t stain clothes which is a bonus.
