CLn SportWash is a fragrance free body wash made for people who sweat. Designed for use straight after exercise, it cleanses skin prone to body acne, folliculitis, razor bumps and ingrown hairs, and helps with body and foot odour. Why it matters
Sweat on its own is not the problem. It is what happens when sweat, friction and tight kit sit against the skin for too long. Professor Nicola Ralph explains that folliculitis, small red spots around the hair follicles, is particularly common in people who exercise, as tight clothing, friction and sweat allow bacteria into the follicles. Her first piece of advice is simple: shower as soon as possible after training.

How to use
- Shower as soon as you can after exercise.
- Wet the body completely.
