A rich peptide cream for dry, mature skin that needs more than a light moisturiser
Ultra-Rich Moisture Repair is a deeply hydrating cream for skin that feels dry, tight or thin. It pairs moisture binding ingredients with Palmitoyl Tripeptide 1, a messenger peptide that signals the skin to repair and maintain its structure, and an algae extract rich in astaxanthin. It is one of Professor Nicola Ralph's Clinical Skin staples.
- Rich, cushioning hydration for dry and mature skin
- Palmitoyl Tripeptide 1 to support skin structure
- Saccharide isomerate and glycerin to hold water in the skin
- Allantoin to soothe
Why dry skin needs more than water
As skin ages, it produces fewer of its own lipids and holds less water. A light moisturiser hydrates for a few hours, then the tightness comes back. A richer cream with humectants that bind water to the skin keeps it comfortable for longer.
Peptides add a second job. They act as messengers, signalling the skin to maintain the structure that keeps it firm and smooth.
Who it is for

Frequently asked questions
Is it too rich for oily skin?

Can I use it with retinol?
Yes. In the evening, apply it after your retinoid to keep skin comfortable.
Can I use it morning and night?
Yes. It is designed for twice daily use. Follow with SPF in the morning.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It contains allantoin to soothe. If your skin is very reactive, patch test first, and stop using it if irritation develops.
