Scarban silicone sheets are a proven technology for treating scars (hypertrophic and keloid) and preventing abnormal scar development after surgery or an accident. The medical silicone sheet is self-adhesive (with the exception of the silicone sheets glove and finger), washable and can be used for a long period of time.

Scarban Elastic Silicone Sheets are the best choice if you require the most intensive silicone scar therapy. This sheet has an extra-thick silicone layer for optimum hydration of scar tissue, providing maximum support for rapid, itch-free formation in the case of abnormal scars. In addition, it offers at least 93% protection against harmful UV radiation.

Measuring 15x20cm, this is one of the largest formats in the Scarban range. Its elastic construction allows it to conform closely to the contours of the body, making it particularly well suited to larger scar areas and curved or irregular surfaces.

What It Does

The extra-thick medical-grade silicone layer creates an intensive occlusive microenvironment over scar tissue, optimising hydration and supporting the skin as it heals. With consistent daily use, scars may become softer, flatter, and less red over time. The integrated UV filter provides at least 93% protection against harmful UV radiation, helping to protect vulnerable scar tissue from sun-induced pigmentation changes.

How to Use

For best results, follow this regime twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of 6 weeks, or for as long as the appearance of the scar continues to improve. Wear your Scarban sheet for at least 12 hours per day.

Step 1: Apply ALHYDRAN cream and massage into the skin for 30 seconds.

Step 2: Clean the skin if any residue remains. If fully absorbed, proceed immediately to Step 3.

Step 3: Apply the ScarBan Elastic sheet directly over the scar. The sheet can be trimmed to size if needed, leaving a 1cm margin around the scar edge.

Wash your Scarban sheet once daily using the soap provided. Allow it to dry fully before reapplying.
