Life-Changing Product

This has been amazing for me. Not sleeping on my face for the first time in my life but has also helped my shoulder tension!

4weeks in and still a work in progress

I have my pillow over 4weeks now and I'm still adjusting to sleeping on my back; so it definitely takes time. Big problem is that I'm not sure if I'm now snoring which isn't good! On the positive side there is less creasing /puffiness on waking but as I'm still using a regular pillow at times during rhe night, I suppose I won't see the best results.
